Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Denmark & Scandinavia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days
- United States & International: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
